We are heading into the Fall season, and the industry is still finding new ways to adapt to the ever-changing hybrid work environment for employees' desire to return to the office. Specifically, how we redefine high-performing spaces, the rise of office urbanism, and how our habits during the last several years can adapt to post-COVID hybrid work.
One way our team has evolved our client communication in the hybrid workplace is through better project visualizations. What We're Specifying
Teknion’s unTethered furniture battery system can support any type of mobile working environment. Definitive Technology Group (DTG) batteries uses advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFE) chemistry at the core of its battery system – chemistry proven to be the most stable and environmentally friendly commercially available. You can rearrange the furniture without worrying about how close you are to wall power outlets because everything is powered by long-lasting batteries of up to 8 hours of runtime. When power does start to dip, just swap in a fresh battery from the charging station, and you’re good to go!
Some of our favorite new projects that we've completed
BART Headquarters
It's all in the details. Our Collective team partnered with our sister company Metro Contract Group to furnish the Bay Area Rapid Transit's (BART) office Headquarters in Oakland California. This was a massive 10-floor, 800+ workstation endeavor that required coordination with multiple trades and a dedicated on-site team to complete.
