Mildred Temple Kitchen
Mildred's Temple Kitchen worked with The Collective for its recent dining room seating refresh in 2022. We were delighted to be a part of this update for one of Toronto’s most iconic and steadfast restaurants as their legacy began 32 years ago in 1990.

Happy Holidays!
Happy Holidays from the Collective USA! We played our traditional game of White Elephant, mingled with friendly faces, and some even danced the night away!

Since then, the idea has gained buzzword status. Once considered an abstract aspiration, happiness, it seems, is being crystallized into something achievable by design.
As much as we'd love to take credit for coining Collective Effervescence, we can't. It's legit sociology-speak for the harmony and energy people feel when they come together around a shared purpose.
Renowned sociologist Emile Durkheim coined this term back in 1912, and it couldn’t be more relevant to the modern workplace. It's something we're proud to have our name behind in our newest learning resources.
