Medallia San Francisco
After The Collective successfully furnished Medallia’s San Mateo headquarters, this large tech company asked The Collective to furnish their San Francisco location with a similar culture and style. The approximately 6,000 square foot San Francisco location acts as a workspace and a community event area with colorful, light-filled spaces in between working areas.

What workplace design can learn from higher education facilities. The U.S. Department of Education points to data collected before and during the pandemic shows that in-person learning results in improved academic outcomes, greater levels of student engagement, higher rates of attendance, and better social and emotional well-being. Translation: remote learning is not holistically optimal. This begs the question, what about remote work?
